Created with the grape varieties Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, located in the place called "Burgreben", the Pinot Klevner owns a fresh nose discreetly fruity. The mouth is rich with hints of peach, apple and floral touch.

Description of the Terroir : From the place called "Burgreben", located on the hillside of the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, this silico-granitic terroir grives a mineral print to the wines.
Harvest and Vinification: Capacity of 8000 litres per hectar. Hand picking with grape sorting and selection. Slow and progressive press is quickly done. Flow of the must by gravity. Natural cold clearing. Alcoholic indigenous fermentation regulated between 18°C and 20°C. Bottling into an Alsace flute.
